2013 Ladies Dirt Day rides

A monthly series of group mountain bike rides

It’s a perfect event for women of all skill levels to meet up, enjoy friendly, non-competitive rides and get some time on the trail. Rides begin at 9am, rain or shine, so mark your calendars for these upcoming dates:

May 4th: Palos Forest Preserve, Willow Springs, IL

June 8th: Southern Kettles, La Grange, WI*

July 6: Palos Forest Preserve, Willow Springs, IL

August 3: Southern Kettles, La Grange, WI*

*We will announce a carpool/meetup spot in the city for the Kettles dates

Gravel Metric 2013

A 60 mile or so jaunt through the cornfields of Dekalb

Every year the elements put the riders to the test. This year the NCC, RPbL and HAC planning crew have some new twists in mind to up the adventure factor. No more oasis checkpoints to dab your brow, so to speak, along the way. Come prepared or the gravel with overtake you. When you finish, a pint of Half Acre brew will be there to make it all better.
